I think some people would benefit greatly from the “put yourself in their shoes” tactic. If you’re so self-absorbed that you can’t even see that you’re the one causing the problems in the first place, you’re just going to get angry when other people won’t let you blame them for your mistakes. It’s incredibly immature to think that you’re always the victim and to assume everyone else is at fault. It’s just illogical and the mentality that it’s always someone else’s fault will not translate well into the rest of your life.
Just look at what you’re doing and reverse the situation, it works.
